How the Site Is Zoned
Central Spine
Runs north to south through the site's midline: entry plaza, water court, amphitheatre lawn and the lap pool deck, each visible from the one before it.
Tower Footprints
Towers sit on the site's eastern and western edges rather than the centre, so no unit looks directly into a neighbouring block's balconies.
Vehicular Ring
A single perimeter road loops the site from the Begur Road service lane entrance to a secondary exit, keeping the interior spine car-free.
Buffer Green
An 18-metre planted buffer along the eastern boundary absorbs noise from the adjoining plot and doubles as a jogging loop.
